The company has successfully commercialized long-range WPT technology with a range of up to 17 meters, delivering cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide. In Thailand, we will deploy an IoT management system using our WPT technology and wireless sensors across factories, offices, and commercial sites. By collecting real-time data such as temperature, humidity, and occupancy, the system will help reduce energy consumption and boost sales through smarter facility operations. Thailand will serve as a strategic hub for expanding our technology across ASEAN. About the Role: We are seeking a motivated site manager to join our growing team in Thailand. We welcome candidates who are interested in MEP infrastructure for commercial and industrial facilities and who are motivated to manage construction sites. Key Responsibilities: ・Develop and improve inspection formats used to prepare construction management documents required by clients. ・Develop and improve inspection formats for use during construction. ・Provide instructions to subcontractor foremans for document preparation and review submitted documents. ・Provide safety and inspection guidance to subcontractor workers. ・Prepare, review, and manage handover documentation and support the handover process. ・Perform project scheduling and quality control tasks. ・Ensure compliance of all construction activities with Thai regulations, safety standards, and design specifications.

The business is expected to expand not only within Thailand but also across neighboring ASEAN countries. This role offers the opportunity to become the founding member of the engineering team in Thailand and play a central role in supporting business growth and organizational expansion. In the future, the Thailand office is expected to serve as a regional hub, taking on group-level engineering responsibilities across Thailand and the broader ASEAN region.

Required experience & skill: ・ At least 2 years of practical experience as an　site manager or supervisor. ・ Basic knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems in buildings. ・ Experience in preparing and reviewing construction reports for clients, as well as verifying as-built drawings in electrical and HVAC projects. ・ Strong communication skills to work smoothly with internal and external stakeholders, including clients. ・ Careful and professional work attitude.

Preferred experience & skill: ・Familiarity with instrumentation/control system infrastructure is an advantage ・Basic English communication skills (reading/writing/speaking) ・Valid Thai engineering license is a plus
