JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Engineering Manager to manage our dynamic team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our travel booking platform, "skyticket". You will work closely with other engineers to design, implement, and test new features, while also ensuring the stability and performance of our existing systems.

待遇・労働環境
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
給与
Annual Salary:
6,000,000Yen to 9,000,000Yen.
The exact amount will be determined based on your experience and skills according to our company's regulations.
The above amount includes estimated overtime pay for 40 hours per month. Additional overtime pay will be provided for hours worked beyond 40.
Monthly Salary:
500,000 to 700,000 yen.
Base salary: 383,000 to 536,000 yen.
Fixed overtime pay: 117,000 to 164,000 yen (included in the base salary) per month.
Salary revision: Once a year
*There is a possibility of up to twice a year if achievements and performance are highly evaluated.

Employment Hours:
10:00-19:00 (8 hours a day for labor and 1 hour for rest)
Average over time at work: 20 hours/month

試用期間
