Yoii は、日本のBtoB フィンテック領域に特化したスタートアップです。自社サービス「Yoii Fuel」を通じて、企業間の資金繰りを支える与信・決済プロダクトを提供しています。機械学習を用いた独自モデルによる与信判断、外部API連携、データ分析基盤が一体化した複合プロダクトであり、金融サービスとして高いセキュリティ・品質基準が求められます。
About Position
Platform Engineering チームのミッションは、プロダクトチームが安全かつ迅速に高品質なソフトウェアをリリースできる基盤を提供することです。
Platform Engineer は、インフラの構築・運用にとどまらず、テスト自動化・CI/CD・セキュリティ設計を横断的に担い、プロダクトの品質と信頼性を底上げする役割を担います。直近では AWS ECS から Kubernetes（EKS）へのインフラ移行を推進しており、将来的なマイクロサービス化・アーキテクチャ変更を見据えたプラットフォーム設計にも携わっていただきます。
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Engineering
プロダクト品質の継続的な向上を担います。ユニットテスト・統合テスト・E2E テストの整備・拡充を主導し、品質ゲート（テストカバレッジ、静的解析、セキュリティスキャン）を CI/CD パイプラインに組み込みます。BtoB フィンテックとして求められる高い品質基準を、自動化によって持続可能な形で担保します。
Infrastructure Security
インフラレイヤーのセキュリティ設計・実装を担当します。IAM ポリシーの設計・レビュー、ネットワークセキュリティ（VPC、セキュリティグループ、WAF）、Secrets 管理の整備に加え、SAST / DAST 等のセキュリティ自動化ツールを活用した脆弱性診断プロセスを構築します。金融サービスとしてのコンプライアンス要件（OWASP Top 10 等）への対応も担います。
Platform & Infrastructure
AWS（ECS、EKS、EC2、S3、RDS 等）および Terraform による IaC を用いてインフラを管理・運用します。Kubernetes クラスターの構築・メンテナンス・アップデートを担い、将来的なマイクロサービス構成への移行を支えるプラットフォーム設計を推進します。
Site Reliability Engineering
本番システムの可用性・信頼性を維持します。モニタリング・アラート設計（Datadog 等）を通じてシステムの健全性を継続的に観測し、SLO / SLA の策定・運用を担います。
Incident Management
分散システムのトラブルシューティングと障害対応フローの整備を担当します。障害発生時には迅速な原因特定と復旧を主導し、再発防止策の設計・実施まで一貫して担います。

About Yoii
Yoii is a startup specializing in the B2B fintech sector in Japan. Through our service "Yoii Fuel," we provide credit and payment solutions that support corporate cash flow management. This integrated product combines proprietary machine learning models for credit decisioning, external API integration, and a data analytics platform — requiring the high security and quality standards expected of financial services.
About Position
The Platform Engineering team's mission is to provide the foundation that enables product teams to release high-quality software safely and rapidly.
Platform Engineers go beyond building and operating infrastructure. You will own cross-functional responsibilities spanning test automation, CI/CD, and security design — fundamentally improving product quality and reliability. We are currently driving the infrastructure migration from AWS ECS to Kubernetes (EKS). You will also contribute to platform design with an eye toward future microservices adoption and architectural changes.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Engineering
Drive continuous improvement in product quality. Build and expand unit, integration, and E2E test coverage. Integrate quality gates (test coverage, static analysis, security scans) into the CI/CD pipeline. Sustain the high quality standards demanded of B2B fintech through scalable automation.
Infrastructure Security
Own security design and implementation at the infrastructure layer. This includes designing and reviewing IAM policies, establishing network security (VPC, security groups, WAF), and managing secrets. Build vulnerability assessment processes using security automation tools such as SAST/DAST (Snyk, Trivy, OWASP ZAP). Ensure compliance with financial services standards including OWASP Top 10.
Platform & Infrastructure
Manage and operate infrastructure using AWS (ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform. Build, maintain, and update Kubernetes clusters, driving platform design that supports future migration to a microservices architecture.
Site Reliability Engineering
Maintain the availability and reliability of production systems. Continuously observe system health through monitoring and alert design (e.g., Datadog), and own the establishment and operation of SLOs/SLAs.
Incident Management
Own troubleshooting of distributed systems and establish incident response workflows. Lead rapid root cause analysis and recovery during incidents, and drive the design and implementation of measures to prevent recurrence.

必須スキル
- 業務での開発経験 4 年以上、または開発リーダー経験
- Kubernetes の構築・運用経験（EKS 含む）
- テスト自動化の設計・実装経験（ユニットテスト・統合テスト・E2E テストのいずれか）
- CI/CD パイプライン（GitHub Actions、CircleCI 等）の構築・運用経験
- インフラセキュリティ設計の経験（IAM、ネットワーク、Secrets 管理等）
- IaC 技術の開発スキル（Terraform が望ましい）
- AWS をはじめとした主要クラウドプラットフォームでの実務経験
- 日本語：N3 以上
- 英語：日常会話レベル以上（目安 TOEIC 650 点以上）
- 下記のいずれかの業務経験
- バックエンド：Go（その他 MVC フレームワーク開発でも可）
- フロントエンド：React（Vue、Angular も可）
- データパイプライン：DWH（Snowflake 等）
Minimum Experience (Required Skills)
- 4+ years of development experience in a professional setting, or experience as a development lead
- Experience building and operating Kubernetes (including EKS)
- Experience designing and implementing automated testing (unit tests, integration tests, or E2E tests)
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
- Development skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies (Terraform preferred)
- Experience in infrastructure security design (IAM, networking, secrets management, etc.)
- Practical experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS
- Japanese: N3 or higher
- English: Conversational level or higher (TOEIC score of 650 or higher as a guideline)
- Experience in at least one of the following
- Backend: Go (other MVC framework development also acceptable)
- Frontend: React (Vue, Angular also acceptable)
- Data Pipeline: DWH (e.g., Snowflake)
