【仕事内容】
As a Marketing Specialist within the MarCom team, you will play a key role in planning and executing both online and offline marketing-related activities. This hands-on position involves organizing events, trade shows, conferences, meetups, webinars, and face-to-face interactions, engaging in short and long-term marketing strategies both internally and externally.
・Plan and execute marketing-related activities, including events, exhibitions, conferences, and webinars, both online and offline.
・Contribute to the development and implementation of both short-term and long-term marketing strategies for internal and external audiences.
・Analyze and report on the performance of MarCom activities to drive continuous improvement and further optimization.
・Conduct market research and analysis, gather client feedback, and collect market insights to inform marketing strategies and activities.
・Collaborate cross-functionally within the company and engage at all levels of management to drive results.
・Support the MarCom team’s other activities.

必須スキル
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
・Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a marketing focus, including but not limited to strategic marketing, field marketing, event marketing, product marketing. Experience with trade shows and conferences would be a plus
・Excellent project management skills
・Working experience with global teams
・Creative, goal-driven and passionate about marketing communications
・Independently anticipate and solve problems in a fast-paced, hands-on startup working environment
・Ability to interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally to influence outcomes
・Fluent in both Japanese and English
歓迎スキル
・Background in the IT or technology sector, with experience in strategic marketing initiatives
・Excellent communication and presentation skills to drive the internal and external audience, as well as excellent organizational skills
・Work with minimal direction towards predetermined goals, and be able to quickly become proficient with new tools and software
・Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, new tools and software (Mailchimp, Streamyard, Zoom…)
