You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure the smooth testing and rollout of new features, strengthening the stability of our platform. As a key member of our QA team, you'll be responsible for Shippio's product quality through various testing and quality improvement activities. Responsibilities: - Test planning, test design, and test execution. - Coordinating the rollout of new features and updates. - Improving current development and testing processes. - Growing your knowledge of logistics processes to guide your decision-making. ・2年以上のSaaS WebアプリケーションのQA業務経験 (国際物流業界での実務経験がある場合にはこの限りではない) ・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキルと、基本的な英語スキル ・お客様のニーズと業務を理解するためのプロダクトマインド ・ブラウザ開発ツールを使用したネットワークリクエストとコンソールログのデバッグと分析の経験 --- - At least 2 years of experience in QA of SaaS web applications. (If you have practical experience in the logistics industry, we welcome related experience beyond what is listed here.) - Proficiency in Japanese. Basic English skills. - A “product mindset” to guide your understanding of our customers' needs and operations. - Familiarity with browser developer tools to debug and analyze network requests and console logs.

・テスト自動化ツール（例：Playwright、Puppeteer）の経験 ・アジャイル開発環境での業務経験 ・B2B SaaSやWeb ERPシステムのテスト経験 ・APIテストとREST APIの基本的な経験 ・国際物流業界での業務経験 ・基本的なプログラミングスキル（例：JavaScript） ・簡単なデータベースクエリを実行するためのSQLの基礎知識 ・顧客データの分離とセキュリティを確保するためのマルチテナントプラットフォームの経験 --- - Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer). - Experience working in an Agile development environment. - Testing experience with B2B SaaS or web-based ERP systems. - Basic experience with API testing and REST APIs. - Experience in the logistics industry. - Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript). - Basic knowledge of SQL to perform simple database queries. - Experience with multi-tenant platforms to ensure customer data is isolated and secure.
