About the Role

This role focuses on building software tools used daily by autonomous driving engineering and testing teams, including in-vehicle interfaces, cloud-based replay systems, debugging tools, and workflow management platforms. The position is responsible for improving engineering productivity and usability through intuitive and efficient product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, priorities, and roadmap for autonomous driving engineering tools.
• Improve workflows related to data replay, system inspection, issue investigation, and release validation.
• Identify workflow pain points through close collaboration with engineering and testing teams.
• Work with engineering and design teams to simplify complex technical processes into intuitive product experiences.
• Continuously iterate products based on user feedback and operational usage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience in complex software products, B2B tools, developer tools, or technical platforms.
• Strong UI/UX judgment with the ability to improve information architecture, interaction flows, and complex state visualization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams while understanding technical constraints.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous driving, robotics, automotive software, simulation, data replay, or observability tools.
• Experience with frontend workbenches, debugging platforms, data visualization, or engineering productivity tools.
• Ability to understand highly complex engineering workflows including development, testing, and issue diagnosis.
• Business-level English communication skills.
