【Engineering & Research Division】 PowerX’s Engineering & Research Division is responsible for the end-to-end development of hardware and software systems for energy storage and power transfer solutions and services. The division currently consists of approximately 50 specialists working across product development, advanced engineering, and product lifecycle management. The division is mainly organized into the following teams: 1) Series Development: Responsible for prototyping, testing and validation, requirements engineering, series handover of new products, product support, and commissioning. 2) Advanced Engineering: Responsible for the development and experimentation of emerging technologies that support PowerX’s current and future energy solutions. Key areas include embedded development, PCB design, model-based development, battery management, power conversion, digital twins, edge computing, cloud solutions, and AI/ML-based dispatch optimization, generation, and forecasting. 3) Product Lifecycle Management: Responsible for managing product and project lifecycles across development phases, quality gates, sourcing, value engineering, manufacturing readiness, after-sales activities, and cross-functional product lifecycle coordination. Working alongside engineers from around the world, this division offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation energy infrastructure products in a highly diverse and fast-moving environment. 【Background】 As PowerX expands its product portfolio and increases the number of international development and manufacturing-related projects, we are strengthening our project execution and product lifecycle management capabilities. In particular, projects involving overseas sites and external partners, including Europe, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan, are becoming more complex. To ensure that these projects move forward smoothly, we are looking for a PLM Specialist who can coordinate engineering progress, organize cross-functional issues, manage quality gate processes, and prepare reliable information for management decision-making. This role is not limited to managing documents or operating PLM tools. We are looking for someone who can connect engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, suppliers, and business stakeholders, and help drive projects from development through production readiness. 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Gatekeeping and Governance: Redesign and manage the quality gate operating model to ensure projects meet all requirements before proceeding through critical development phases. ・Global Project Coordination: Manage engineering progress and communication across international sites and external partners, including those in Austria, China, and Taiwan. ・Cross-Functional Triage: Lead coordination between mechanical, electrical, software, and other engineering teams to perform root cause analysis and triage engineering failures without disrupting workflows. ・Data Integrity Oversight: Rigorously verify project artifacts and technical/business data to ensure they are accurate, consistent, and decision-ready before being presented to leadership. ・Financial and Business Case Management: Conduct benchmarking and should-cost analysis to ensure production costs align with target prices and overall business viability.

・Hands-on experience in project execution and development management in product development, R&D, or mass production ramp-up ・Experience identifying, structuring, and driving development issues across multiple technical domains, such as mechanical, electrical, software, and control systems ・Knowledge of systems engineering, or experience in product development involving multiple technical components ・Understanding of product development processes, quality gates, development phase management, design reviews, and related practices ・Understanding of development-related documents, such as PRDs, DFMEA, BOMs, engineering changes, validation plans, and validation results ・Experience identifying risks in development projects at an early stage and driving countermeasures by involving relevant stakeholders
