Help Build the Future of AI-Driven Cell Therapy
■About Logomix
Logomix is a platform biotech company pioneering the next generation of cell therapies. By combining large-scale genome engineering, automation, and single-cell transcriptomics, we are building a scalable system for functional cell manufacturing and high-throughput biological discovery.
Our current initiative focuses on optimizing the differentiation and function of iPSC-derived cell lineages. We're scaling up a single-gene knockout platform and leveraging AI/ML to extract meaningful insights from complex single-cell datasets — with future applications across multiple therapeutic cell types.
■The Opportunity
We’re seeking a fractional executive-level AI/ML leader to architect and implement our machine learning strategy from the ground up. This role will be a foundational contributor to our technical direction and data strategy, with potential to evolve into a full-time CXO role as the platform grows.
You’ll partner closely with our biology, bioinformatics, and executive teams to:
・Shape and lead the AI/ML roadmap aligned with experimental and business milestones
・Guide selection and implementation of key models (e.g., scGPT, GeneFormer, MOFA, or novel transformer architectures)
・Integrate experimental workflows (CRISPR knockouts, differentiation, scRNA-seq) with ML pipelines
・Explore scaling laws and predictive models for cell maturation, identity, and function
・Contribute to strategic decisions on platform development, team building, and partnerships
・Provide technical mentorship and help recruit future AI/ML team members

We’re looking for a uniquely cross-disciplinary thinker and builder — someone comfortable in both biology and deep tech environments.
■Required Qualifications
・Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Systems Biology, or a closely related field
・Proven expertise in applying AI/ML techniques to biological systems, with a strong technical publication or project track record
・Experience collaborating with wet-lab scientists and contributing to experimental design or integrated research workflows

・Hands-on experience with single-cell multi-omic datasets (e.g., scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CITE-seq)
