LegalOn Technologies Co., Ltd. is a startup company that develops and provides technology solutions that use AI technology to support contract work.
In April 2024, we expanded and moved to the Shibuya Sakura Stage SHIBUYA Tower, and continue to expand our organizational scale.
In terms of business expansion, we have released a new AI legal platform, LegalOn Cloud, which provides comprehensive support for all legal work.
In addition, in order to cover a wider range of user needs and support a variety of legal work, we have also started a business partnership with Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, a leading Japanese law firm.
Currently, the number of companies that have adopted our system globally has exceeded 6,000 (as of September 2024), and we will combine the legal knowledge of our lawyers with technologies such as natural language processing and machine learning to solve legal issues both domestically and internationally.
■Job Description
You will be affiliated to the Japanese headquarters and your base of operations will be in Tokyo, but we expect you to play a wide range of roles in global sales, such as sales activities for Japanese global companies and market development in APAC.
Your mission is to be responsible for all sales activities, including identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and taking orders (and upselling) through the sales pipeline.
You will work closely with both the US and Japan teams (reporting directly to the US Sales Manager) to achieve our goals.
You will gain experience negotiating with VP and C-level customers from SMB to enterprise companies in various industries who are looking to optimize their legal operations.
■Expected role
- Work with sales, development, and marketing teams to develop strategies to achieve our goals
- Identify potential customers and generate sales opportunities
- Create opportunities to expand accounts for Japanese customers based in the US
- Manage the entire pipeline and report regularly using CRM

Requirements
・University graduate or above
・4+ years of account executive experience or corporate sales experience
・Sales experience to department managers (including lawyers) or decision makers or executives
・Business level English skills
Preferred Experiences
・Experience in corporate sales at a SaaS company
・Experience in corporate sales in the legal tech industry
