仕事概要
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of mission and business activities. Supporting both the Business Development and Mission Integration teams, you will facilitate key operational processes, from coordinating international business travel and customer logistics to managing documentation workflows and meeting arrangements. Additionally, you will assist with the administrative side of launch site activities, ensuring smooth logistics and support for customers and internal teams during launch campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency of customer interactions, contract approvals, and mission preparations. With a strong focus on organization and cross-functional collaboration, you will help maintain smooth business operations, supporting the company’s mission to drive innovation and excellence in the aerospace industry.
Responsibilities:
1.Mission & Business Support
- Assist the Mission Integration team with administrative and operational tasks related to customer onboarding and launch preparations.
- Support international business trip arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visa applications for employees and customers.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, both internal and external, including with international partners.
- Assist in reviewing, processing, and tracking documents, including contracts and agreements, ensuring timely approvals.
2.Customer & Launch Site Logistics
- Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodations, and local support for customers and internal teams during launch campaigns.
- Assist with administrative operations at the launch site, including organizing schedules, ensuring necessary documentation is in place, and facilitating smooth communication between teams.
- Act as a point of contact for customers at the launch site, helping address their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
3.Documentation & Compliance
- Review English-language documents for accuracy and clarity before submission.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and other departments to push documents through the approval and signing process.
- Maintain and organize key records related to contracts, agreements, and business transactions.
4.General Administrative Support
- Manage expense reports and procurement requests related to business development, mission integration, and launch site activities.
- Support event planning, including customer visits, company-hosted workshops, and conferences.
- Assist with other cross-functional tasks as needed within the Business Development department.
必須スキル
・Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
・Native-level Japanese and Business-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
・Ability to work with international customers and partners in a professional manner.
・Attention to detail, especially in reviewing documentation and coordinating schedules.
・Ability to navigate internal processes and push documents through approval workflows.
・Willingness to support on-site operations at the launch site, including handling logistics and administrative tasks during launch campaigns.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

・Experience in business support, operations, or administrative roles in an international business setting.
・Familiarity with logistics planning for business travel, customer support, or event coordination.
・Experience working with contracts, business documentation, or compliance processes.
・Previous experience in aerospace, engineering, or a technical industry is a plus.
・Previous experience in a public institution.
・Experience assisting with field operations, such as coordinating on-site logistics or supporting teams in a dynamic environment, is a plus.
