We are seeking an Internal Communications Lead to join our Communications & Brand Group. In this role, you will lead internal communications and engagement strategies, designing initiatives and events that align our team with company values and foster a collaborative organizational culture. You will play a key part in bridging cross-departmental communication, and driving our employer branding and recruitment messaging to attract top global talent.
Reporting directly to the Head of Communications & Brand, you will serve as a vital connector across our locations while helping represent our mission on the global stage.

• Planning and executing initiatives that spread our company values across the organization
• Planning and managing internal events, including our all-company meetings
• Driving recruitment PR and employer branding activities
• Build cross-departmental systems to strengthen company culture

• 社内広報の実務経験

• バリュー浸透やカルチャー醸成に関わる業務経験

• 自ら企画し、チームまたはプロジェクトを主導した経験

• 日本語ならびに英語でのコミュニケーション能力（ビジネスレベル以上、fluentもしくはネイティブレベルが望ましい）

  • 業務上、海外人材とのコミュニケーションが求められるため

• Practical experience in internal communications

• Experience in embedding corporate values ​​and fostering organizational culture

• Experience initiating plans and leading teams or projects

• Fluent oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English

  • Required due to the need to communicate with Japanese and international staff
