We are seeking a candidate for the position of Business Leader for Findy Global to spearhead our new business development. About Findy: At Findy, our vision is to create a platform that unlocks software engineer’s highest potential. We offer matching services for engineers and organizations, as well as a SaaS product that supports engineering organization development efficiency using algorithms we have developed in-house. Our strengths lie in visualizing the skills and organizational issues of engineers using our unique algorithms. We improve the developer experience by using this technology to enhance matching and development productivity. Our Services: ・Findy: A premium job-matching service for high-skilled engineers ・Findy Freelance: A service that introduces projects for freelance and side-job engineers with guaranteed compensation ・Findy Team+: A SaaS product that supports productivity improvement for engineering organizations ・Findy Global: A service that matches high-skilled global engineers with companies around the world About our Global Business: We launched our new product, "Findy Global," in April of last year.
