■業務内容
Alchemista Labsにおいて、フロントエンドは「プロダクトそのもの」です。
企業のR&Dチームは、あなたが構築するインターフェースを通じて、生の実験データを構造化し、分析可能なデータへと変換します。
データ抽出はAIが担い、R&Dチームはその結果を私たちが提供するUI上でレビュー、修正、統合します。

具体的なミッションとUIの要件
スプレッドシート水準の編集が可能なデータグリッドや、ドラッグ＆ドロップによるデータセット構築など、『複雑なワークフローを直感的に操作できるシンプルなUI』の実現をお任せします。

■Your role
At Alchemista Labs, the frontend is the product. Corporate R&D teams use the interfaces you'll build to turn raw experiment results into structured, analyzable data. While AI handles the initial extraction, R&D teams rely on our UI to review, correct, and combine it.

Core Mission & UI Focus
Your mission is to make highly complex workflows feel simple and intuitive. You will be responsible for building:

  • Spreadsheet-grade editable grids for seamless data manipulation.
  • Drag-and-drop dataset composition to streamline data restructuring.
  • Intricate workflows designed to feel effortless for power users.

必須スキル

■必須スキル・経験

  • ソフトウェア開発の実務経験（2年以上）
  • RESTful APIの連携/インテグレーション経験
  • JSフレームワーク（VueJS・React）を用いた実務経験
  • Chakra UI、MUIなどのコンポーネントライブラリ、またはデザインシステムを活用したUI開発経験
  • AIとセキュアコンピューティングへの強い関心・意欲
  • ビジネスレベルの英語力
  • 日本在住者または過去日本に在住経験があり、再移住が決まっている方

■Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in software development
  • Familiar with RESTful API integration
  • Experienced in React
  • Experienced in Typescript
  • Experience building UIs leveraging component libraries (e.g., Chakra UI, MUI) or design systems
  • Passion in AI and Secure Computing
  • Business level of English
  • Those who are currently residing in Japan or who have previously resided in Japan and have decided to return

※最終面接は基本的には対面を想定しておりますが、面接時にリモートエリアにお住いの場合にはオンラインで実施することも可能です（応相談）
