■具体的な業務内容
LLM関連プロダクト/ソリューション開発を担うチームに加わり、以下の業務をお任せできる方を探しています。

• プロダクト/ソリューション立案のための、データ分析を伴うPoCプロジェクトの推進
• 顧客のデータ・LLM活用案件の推進
  (例：顧客ニーズに対するデータ分析およびLLMを用いたシステムアーキテクチャ定義、分析要件定義、分析の実行、分析結果に基づく改善策の提案、など)

また、以下のような多様かつ秘匿性の高いデータを対象に、安全性を担保しながら活用するための分析手法の開発にも携わっていただきます。

• 企業の機密情報（例：技術的なノウハウ、 システムアーキテクチャ情報　等）
• 企業内の人事関連データ（例：従業員の勤怠、評価、スキル、キャリア志向、組織の状態　等）
• 人のコミュニケーションに関連するデータ（例：音声、チャット、メール、ドキュメント　等）
• 社外秘・部外秘または機微性の高い個人情報
• 秘匿性の高いデータを守りつつ、機械学習・AIで安全に活用するためのプロダクトコア機能の開発

■Job Description
We are looking for someone to join our team responsible for LLM-related product/solution development and handle the following tasks:

• Promoting PoC projects involving data analysis for product/solution planning
• Promoting customer data and LLM utilization projects (e.g., data analysis of customer needs, system architecture definition using LLM, analysis requirements definition, analysis execution, proposal of improvement measures based on analysis results, etc.)

You will also be involved in developing analytical methods to securely utilize diverse and highly confidential data, such as:

• Confidential corporate information (e.g., technical know-how, system architecture information, etc.)
• HR-related data within companies (e.g., employee attendance, evaluation, skills, career aspirations, organizational status, etc.)
• Data related to human communication (e.g., voice, chat, email, documents, etc.)
• Confidential, internal, or highly sensitive personal information
• Developing core product functions to securely utilize highly confidential data using machine learning and AI while protecting it

■Position Appeal

• You will be involved in R&D and actual service development in cutting-edge fields such as secure computation and LLM.
• We prioritize user pain points and feedback, conducting verification and product/solution development focused on the value we should provide through data analysis.
• As this is a new field, you will gain experience in creating your own market (0 to 1).

■必須スキル・経験

• LLMに関する研究経験、またはLLMを活用したプロダクト・ソリューション・プロジェクトにLLMエンジニアとして携わった経験
• Pythonによるプログラミング経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（ビジネス会話レベル以上）
• Git/GitHubを使ったチーム開発の経験
• 高い問題解決能力と新技術への迅速な習得力
• 技術的な内容をチーム内で明確に伝えるコミュニケーション能力

■Required Qualifications

• Research experience with LLM, or experience working as an LLM engineer on product, solution, or project utilizing LLM
• Programming experience with Python
• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• English communication skills (business conversation level or higher)
• Experience in team development using Git/GitHub
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Communication skills to clearly convey technical information within a team

■歓迎スキル・経験

• LLM / NLP / 機械学習など、関連領域の修士以上の学位
• RAG（Retrieval-Augmented Generation）システムの構築経験
• CI/CDパイプラインの経験

■Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field such as LLM, NLP, or Machine Learning
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
