仕事概要
“tlnk” is an AI-powered photo service that was born at ExaWizards, one of Japan's leading AI-focused public companies, and is now rapidly growing under the umbrella of the CoDMON Group, the largest provider of ICT services for childcare and educational facilities. It is a SaaS platform incorporating multiple proprietary AI models that significantly reduces the workload associated with taking, organizing, and sharing photos during childcare and education activities. This contributes to reducing the burden on childcare providers, enhancing parents' sense of security and trust in facilities, and ultimately improving the quality of childcare and education.
In this position, you will primarily be responsible for the development, operation, and improvement of the backend/infrastructure systems for "tlnk". Specific job responsibilities include:
■ Main Development and Operation Tasks
・Development of backend applications, primarily using Python
・Management and optimization of cloud infrastructure using Terraform
・Monitoring existing services and systems, and responding to alerts
■ Additional Roles as a Senior Engineer
・Leading architecture design and technology selection
・Improving team development processes and DevOps environment
・Mentoring junior engineers and leading code reviews
・Enhancing overall system performance and reliability, and promoting cost optimization
You will have the flexibility to work remotely, free from constraints on location or time, and can proceed with tasks at your own discretion. Depending on your preferences and aptitude, there may be opportunities to engage in a wide range of technical areas such as frontend development, GPU computing, and MLOps.

・5+ years of experience in backend development and operation of web services
・Leadership experience in architecture selection and design principles, primarily in the backend domain
・Experience in designing, building, and operating using cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible
・Knowledge and practical skills in DevOps, including CI/CD, containerization, orchestration and monitoring
・Deep insights into quality assurance and performance optimization
・Business-level English proficiency with conversational Japanese, or business-level Japanese proficiency with conversational English
・Proactive learning attitude towards unfamiliar fields
