(Product) Infrastructure Engineer (English)

We are seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As the first full-time role in this category, this position requires a proactive individual capable of independently leading and executing large-scale infrastructure projects. This role will initially be part of the backend team, collaborating closely to enhance system reliability and efficiency. What you will be doing: * Developing and improving our infrastructure to ensure high service reliability * Shaping the foundation of our future infrastructure organization. * Improve monitoring, logging, and alert systems * Be part of discussions about setting service level agreements (SLAs) (Scope of change: As determined by the company)

* Proven track record in infrastructure development and improvement, with the ability to plan, execute, and lead significant infrastructure projects * Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work autonomously as the sole infrastructure specialist in the initial stages * Ability to engage in high-level technical discussions, contribute to SLA formulation, and manage infrastructure aspects in official documents and responses

* Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform * Experience with AWS * Practical knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes * Extensive experience with networking infrastructure, particularly in settings involving real-time communication like audio or media. Knowledge of service meshes is a plus * Familiarity with the LGTM (Grafana) stack for monitoring and logging
