【Responsibilities】
As the Marketing Manager in Indonesia, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that integrate digital and offline channels. You will play a key role in establishing Aldagram’s brand presence, generating high-quality leads, and supporting sales growth in the Indonesian market.
You will collaborate closely with the global marketing team in Japan and other regional offices to adapt and localize marketing activities while ensuring consistency with the overall brand direction.
Key Responsibilities
■Strategic Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Define target customer segments and positioning strategies through market research and data analysis.
- Manage and optimize the local marketing budget and resources.
■Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and SEO.
- Drive lead generation and nurturing through CRM tools, email automation, and digital funnels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (ROI, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, etc.) and optimize continuously.
■Offline & Brand Marketing
- Organize and participate in offline marketing activities such as trade shows, industry events, and local seminars.
- Plan and host webinars and partnership events to enhance brand awareness.
- Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders, associations, and media.
■Collaboration & Reporting
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams.
- Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

【Required Qualifications】
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of marketing experience in B2B environments, preferably in SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven experience in both digital and offline marketing within the Indonesian market.
- Strong understanding of local marketing channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, local media, events, etc.).
- Native-level Bahasa Indonesia and proficient English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with construction, manufacturing, or real estate industries is a plus.
