【Role Overview】
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable professional to support client onboarding by converting analog or scattered data (such as paper documents, Excel files, and PDFs) into our SaaS project management platform (KANNA). This role plays an important part in ensuring that customers complete their initial setup smoothly and can start gaining value from KANNA without delay.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Extract, clean, and format data from client-provided materials (paper, PDFs, Excel, etc.)
- Register data into KANNA through bulk import or manual entry
- Conduct post-entry data checks, including validation and correction of duplicates, missing values, and errors
- Coordinate with our local Customer Success Managers and provide progress updates

【Requirement】
◼︎Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and quickly
◼︎Strong attention to detail and persistence
◼︎Basic understanding of KANNA functions
◼︎Basic proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
◼︎Fluent in written and spoken English

■Previous experience in data entry, BPO, or SaaS onboarding support
