Aldagram is a fast-pace growing company founded in 2019. We provide a SaaS solution called “KANNA” which is the project management software for the desk-less industries such as construction, manufacturing, installation, repair and maintenance.
Since the launch of the product in 2020, more than 40,000 companies in 70 countries have registered with KANNA and we have national customers in Japan, Asia, and the Middle east.
【About this role】
We are looking for a member who can actively support our clients and align with our mission of 'Unlock your value'. This role will report and closely work with the Head of Global business based in Thailand. This role requires you to organize and build the team from scratch, and in the near future not limited to a CS role, you will work for the major important projects of our global business.
And you will live and work in Thailand to drive our business globally.

【Responsibilities】
・Building and establishing successful processes, playbooks, structures, automation technologies etc.
・building and Manage a strong team
・Onboarding customers (from implementation to full active usage) and offering solutions for different issues.
・Educate KANNA to existing customers and raise the usage of the low-active customers.
・Analyze and measure customer activities of KANNA's features and improvement process for all existing customers.
・Encourage and be responsible for customers' contract renewal.
・Notify and up-sell when new features are released and optional functions to customers.
・Collaborate with product marketing and sales team increase function utilization
・Manage and support customer miscellaneous projects.
・Provide logistical support for tool training and establish system development for local distributors.
・Clients coverage mainly including Southeast Asia and Middle East.
・This role may involve overseas business travel
・Train new joiner to support agencies and build-up global Customer Success team
必須スキル
■Business fluency in English(Native level).
■Logical thinker and strong problem resolver
■Experience in the managing a team(at least more than 5 peoples)
■At least 3 years of experience in one of the following
・Experience in a consulting firm
・Experience in customer success in an enterprise software/SaaS/Internet company
・Experience in a software/SaaS/Internet company in a multi-faceted role in an organization like a CEO's office
■Able to live and work in Bangkok, Thailand.
