【Background】
Aldagram Co., Ltd. (Provide the project management software called KANNA) is a leading Japanese startup founded in 2019 with the mission "Unlocking Your Value". We offer "KANNA," a Software as a Service (SaaS) project management application that revolutionizes productivity, with a particular emphasis on non-desk workers across various industries such as manufacturing, construction, real estate, and more. Our global expansion journey commenced in July 2022, with a primary focus on the Asian market. We started our expansion to the Indonesia market in 2024 and are now acquiring many customers and looking for the talent who can acccelerate more about our sales growth in Indonesia.

【Responsibilities】
You are expected to own building the sales pipeline through inbound/outbound channels to support the revenue goals of the business.
■Engage in direct sales of our software as a service solution. Direct sales process will include qualifying leads and customer needs, solution to recommendation, pricing, negotiation, contract signing.
■Accountable for securing sales, developing new customers for Indonesia markets.
■Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
■Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.

【Requirement】
■ 5+ years of total experience with 3+ years in SaaS sales or new business development for SMB & Mid Market clients (preferred IT/SaaS/software industry) or experience in launching new businesses (start-up).
■Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with a track record of success in identifying and qualifying leads.
■Analytical and problem solving skills.
■Can-do attitude.
■Confidence in making cold calls and delivering compelling sales pitches.
■Understanding customer painpoints/closing the deals.
■Business English fluency and good presentation skills.
■Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with a strong work ethic and a competitive mindset.
■Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
■Language Skills: Native in Indonesian/Bahasa
■Constratly achieve the monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Quota
