【Role Overview】
As a customer support member, you will be responsible for customers in mainly Thailand and other countries in English. You will respond to customer inquiries regarding KANNA operations and assist with data registration in KANNA, quickly resolving any issues that customers may have.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Thai.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with our development team as needed.
- On behalf of clients, assist with registration of customers data and customization in KANNA
- Translate materials related to user training contents from Thailand.
- Prepare usage reports or documentation on behalf of clients as needed.
必須スキル
- Experience: 2+ years professional experience
- Skills: Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams (Customer Success), manage time effectively
- Analytical Abilities: Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and understand customer needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Native-level Thai language skills
