【Role Overview】
As a Business Development Representative (SaaS) - Outbound, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our solutions as the best fit. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads, set up meetings, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
【Key Responsibilities】
•Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through various channels including social media, industry events, and database tools.
•Outbound Outreach: Execute cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage in social selling to connect with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
•Qualifying: Assess and qualify leads based on their potential to convert into customers, using predefined criteria and a consultative approach.
•Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
•Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system, ensuring a high level of organization and follow-up.
•Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions.
•Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on lead quality, sales scripts, and outreach strategies to help refine our approach and improve overall effectiveness.

Required Skills
•Experience: 4-7 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
•Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
•Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn).
•Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams (CS), manage time effectively, and meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
•Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and understand client needs and market dynamics.
