Aeterlink is a Japan-based technology company specializing in wireless power transfer (WPT) solutions and IoT system integration. The company has successfully commercialized long-range WPT technology with a range of up to 17 meters, delivering cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide. In Thailand, we will deploy an IoT management system using our WPT technology and wireless sensors across factories, offices, and commercial sites. By collecting real-time data such as temperature, humidity, and occupancy, the system will help reduce energy consumption and boost sales through smarter facility operations. Thailand will serve as a strategic hub for expanding our technology across ASEAN. About the Role： We are seeking a Deputy Director to lead and oversee the execution of our Thailand operations as we expand AirPlug deployment across ASEAN.Under a Japan-led management structure, the Deputy Director will serve as the local execution head, ensuring operational excellence, profitability control, and cross-border alignment between HQ and regional teams. While revenue responsibility remains with Japan HQ, this role will hold accountability for project-level profitability, including gross margin management and cost control. The Deputy Director will supervise multi-site rollouts, manage large local teams, and ensure technical and operational integrity across deployments. This position is expected to evolve into a Managing Director candidate in the future, depending on performance and organizational development. Key Responsibilities： ・Oversee and manage large-scale, multi-site rollout operations across Thailand and support ASEAN expansion ・Ensure project profitability by controlling gross margins, cost structures, and operational efficiency ・Lead and supervise cross-functional teams of 15+ members, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors ・Establish and optimize local operational frameworks aligned with HQ strategy ・Collaborate closely with Japan HQ to ensure alignment on technical standards, rollout strategy, and execution priorities ・Manage subcontractors and vendors, including performance, cost control, and quality assurance ・Support technical discussions with clients, leveraging experience in technical sales or FAE functions ・Bridge product specifications and on-site implementation requirements, ensuring proper localization where necessary ・Oversee risk management across multiple concurrent projects and implement corrective actions ・Contribute to technical validation processes such as PoC evaluation, deployment readiness, and operational standardization ・Report operational performance, risks, and rollout progress to HQ in a concise and structured manner

Required experience & skill： ・Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site rollouts within Thailand ・Experience participating in overseas projects (leadership role not required) ・Experience collaborating with teams in other ASEAN countries ・Cross-border coordination experience ・Experience managing and supervising teams of 15 or more members ・Cost control and project profitability management experience ・Business-level English communication skills for coordination with HQ ・Experience in technical sales or as a Field Application Engineer (FAE) at a manufacturer, or equivalent technical negotiation experience ・Solid understanding of facilities, IoT, telecommunications, or sensor-related products ・Experience working in a technology-driven startup environment

Preferred experience & skill: ・Knowledge of wireless technologies, IoT, or Building Management Systems (BMS) ・Experience designing and evaluating Proof of Concept (PoC) projects ・Product localization experience ・Experience establishing technical validation processes prior to product deployment

The business is expected to expand not only within Thailand but also across neighboring ASEAN countries. This role offers the opportunity to become the founding member of the project management team in Thailand and play a central role in supporting business growth and organizational expansion. In the future, the Thailand office is expected to serve as a regional hub, taking on group-level project management responsibilities across Thailand and the broader ASEAN region.
