ALT_CAD Operator (Building Services – Electrical / HVAC / Instrumentation)

Aeterlink is a Japan-based technology company specializing in wireless power transfer (WPT) solutions and IoT system integration. The company has successfully commercialized long-range WPT technology with a range of up to 17 meters, delivering cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide. In Thailand, we will deploy an IoT management system using our WPT technology and wireless sensors across factories, offices, and commercial sites. By collecting real-time data such as temperature, humidity, and occupancy, the system will help reduce energy consumption and boost sales through smarter facility operations. Thailand will serve as a strategic hub for expanding our technology across ASEAN. About the Role: We are currently seeking a skilled CAD Operator to support our building services projects, focusing on electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating drawings for estimation, construction, and as-built stages using AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities: ・Prepare AutoCAD drawings for electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems ・Create and revise drawings for estimation, construction, and as-built phases ・Update drawings based on engineers’ markups and redline comments ・Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance ・Organize and manage CAD files and project documentation ・Follow company CAD standards and project-specific requirements

Required experience & skill: ・Minimum 1 year of experience as a CAD Operator in the building services field (experience in electrical, HVAC, or instrumentation preferred) ・Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required) ・Ability to read and understand technical and construction drawings ・Strong teamwork and communication skills ・English communication skills(essential for business operations)

Preferred experience & skill: ・Familiarity with construction site documentation and practices
