Scope of responsibilities: Leads multiple PdMs as the person responsible for individual products. Accountable for achieving the set KPIs. Position Summary: The Senior Product Manager will take ownership of product features and initiatives, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and technical excellence. This role is ideal for an experienced product manager with a background in UI/UX design or strong technical expertise, capable of collaborating across teams to deliver innovative and impactful products. The Senior PdM will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ensure that product goals are met and aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation to release. Drive product decisions based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals. Collaborate with design teams to ensure a focus on strong UI/UX or technical solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and product success. Act as a mentor and contributor within the product management team, sharing expertise and knowledge. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in the product.

Location: 10th Floor, Sumitomo Fudosan Tokyo Mita South Tower, 3-5-27 Mita, Minato-ku, Tokyo Note: This is a full-remote position, with expected in-office attendance about once or twice per half-year. Candidates must be residents of Japan or willing to relocate there. Our company can provide a visa. In-person attendance is not mandatory but may be requested by managers or the company. For Tokyo residents, participating in some events or meetings face-to-face might be required.

Working Hours: Flextime system No core hours; flexible time from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Breaks: 1 hour per day, to be taken during working hours Annual Holidays: 121 days (based on 2024 results) Days Off: Complete five-day workweek (Saturday and Sunday) plus national holidays Paid Leave: In accordance with statutory requirements (with 5 days granted in advance upon joining) Other Leave: Year-end/New Year holidays, bereavement leave, sick leave
