Starting with the calculation and visualization of corporate GHG (greenhouse gas) data, we provide products and consulting services that support the collection and visualization of a wide range of ESG-related information, backed by our team of experts. ■ About the Role We’re seeking a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance across our Multi-Product Growth Division — the team driving innovation through new ESG product lines. In this role, you will shape our testing strategy from the ground up, define scalable processes, and embed quality into every stage of development. You’ll lead initiatives to automate testing, work closely with engineers and product managers, and champion best practices to ensure we ship reliable, secure, and high-quality products. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, values clean and maintainable testing frameworks, and is passionate about delivering excellent user experiences through robust QA. ■ What You’ll Do - Lead and mentor a small QA team focused on both manual and automated testing. - Design, build, and maintain Playwright-based test suites across multiple products. - Define and implement scalable, reliable QA processes and best practices. - Collaborate daily with developers, PMs, and designers in Agile sprints and release cycles. - Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to improve team delivery. - Improve regression coverage, reduce bugs in production, and increase release confidence. - Drive test documentation and automation coverage for rapid product pilots and MVPs. ■ Why Join Us - Help build the testing culture for an entire product division from scratch. - Work on innovative sustainability tools that impact global supply chains. - Collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional, international team. - Be part of a startup culture backed by an established ESG company.
必須スキル
- 5+ years in QA with strong experience in both manual and automated testing. - Experience working with major test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.); Playwright experience is a strong plus. - Prior experience leading or mentoring QA engineers. - Deep understanding of Agile software development, including sprint testing, release planning, and continuous delivery. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced teams with shifting priorities. - Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
