募集概要

At Turing, we are developing autonomous driving AI to realize full self-driving. Development is progressing to the stage where the AI is installed in real vehicles and evaluated. For this, we are hiring Autonomous Vehicle Operator to perform test drives of our autonomous driving AI. We invite you to contribute to achieving full autonomy within the next 5–10 years. Your work will form the foundation of future self-driving technology. 【Key Responsibilities】・Conduct test drives of autonomous driving AI ・Report on driving conditions and outcomes after each test 【Typical Daily Flow】 1. Arrive at the office 2. Review evaluation route for the AI model 3. Conduct test drives (with breaks as needed) 4. Report findings and feedback on AI performance 5. End of workday

必須スキル

【Required Skills】・Must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year and be able to drive safely on public roads, including within Tokyo ・Strong interest in driving and ability to maintain focus for long periods (approx. 8 hours/day on weekdays) ・Eligible and available to work in Tokyo, Japan / Willingness to work in Tokyo, Japan For full-time positions, candidates should have one or more of the following backgrounds: ・ Experience leading AD/ADAS testing, evaluation, and analysis at an OEM or supplier ・Proven track record as a driving instructor, with ability to adapt to diverse environments, explain techniques clearly, and demonstrate outstanding results ・Experience as a racing driver, with deep vehicle understanding, proven stability under high performance conditions, and ability to verbalize driving approaches

給与: 【Salary】・Expected annual salary: from ¥6,000,000 ~ ・Base salary: from ¥380,952/month ~ ・Fixed overtime allowance: from ¥119,048/month (equivalent to 40 hours) * Final offer will be determined based on current salary, skills, and experience.
