[What will you do?] ・ Join our development team to enhance our advanced logistics platform. ・ Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement new features. ・ Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. ・ Grow your skills through teamwork, brainstorming sessions, and code reviews. ・ Expand your knowledge in digital forwarding and logistics concepts. 〈職務内容〉 ・開発チームとしての、先進的な物流プラットフォームの開発への貢献 ・プロダクトマネージャーやデザイナーと協力した新機能の実装 ・スプリントプランニングやデイリースタンドアップなど、アジャイルなプロセスでの開発 ・チームワーク、ブレインストーミング、コードレビューを通じてのスキルの向上 ・デジタルフォワーディングや物流コンセプトへの知見の向上
必須スキル
・ 2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript ・ Good understanding of React (rendering, hooks, routing, state, etc.) ・ Experienced with CSS styling and some familiarity with UI frameworks ・ Good debugging skills using tools like Chrome DevTools ・ Decent architectural understanding, including design patterns. [Non-technical skills] ・ Fast learning and being able to adapt to new technologies ・ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ・ Motivation to learn digital forwarding and logistics concepts ・ Good english skills for communication and technical documentation 〈必須条件〉 ・JavaScript / TypeScriptを使用した2年以上の実務経験 ・Reactの基本的な理解（フック、ルーティング、状態管理など） ・CSSスタイリングの経験とUIフレームワークの一部についての理解 ・Chrome DevToolsなどのツールを使用したデバッグスキル ・デザインパターンを含むアーキテクチャの理解 ノンテクニカルスキル ・新しい技術に素早く学び、適応する能力 ・自立して時間管理を行う能力 ・デジタルフォワーディングや物流コンセプトを学ぶ意欲 ・コミュニケーションやドキュメント作成が遂行可能な英語力
歓迎スキル
