Your responsibilities will include: _＜Consolidated Accounting＞_ * Support and review overseas subsidiaries’ reporting packages * Prepare consolidated trial balances and disclosure documents * Drive process improvements and standardization to accelerate consolidated closing _＜FP&A Coordination for Overseas Subsidiaries (Secondary Responsibility)＞_ * Monitor subsidiaries’ P&L and financial position * Prepare management reports for executives (including English reporting) * Communicate with subsidiaries on budgeting and forecasting * Contribute to building global management frameworks This position offers an opportunity to _leverage your expertise in consolidated accounting while gaining exposure to FP&A,_ enabling career growth in a global environment. ### Required Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of experience in consolidated accounting, including overseas subsidiaries * Minimum 3 years of experience communicating in English (verbal and written) with overseas subsidiaries, or equivalent English proficiency * Native-level Japanese proficiency ### Preferred Qualifications * CPA (Japan) or USCPA certification * Experience in FP&A for overseas subsidiaries * Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP * Experience in process improvement or system implementation * Experience with consolidation accounting systems (data entry and operation) ### Ideal Candidate Profile * Enjoys communication in a global environment * Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide impactful insights to management * Proactive in identifying issues and driving improvements _＜Selection Process＞_ * Document screening * Interviews (2–3 rounds) ※ An aptitude test will be conducted after the first interview (not used as a selection criterion)
