## Recruitment Background Under the mission of "Money Forward. We have partnered with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to establish a new company in preparation for the launch of a new digital bank. The evaluation system and employee benefits will follow the policies of Money Forward, Inc. ## About Us We are a startup team partnering with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to establish a new digital bank. Our top priority is to build embedded financial products from scratch to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). ## Main Responsibilities As a QA Process Engineer, our goal is to shape the future of digital banking in Japan, making it more user-friendly and accessible than ever before. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and establishing development and quality assurance processes to ensure quality assurance measures. * Formulating development (including CI/CD) and QA processes * Planning test strategies, reporting defects, and making release decisions * Planning, creating, and executing test cases for functional and non-functional requirements ## Required Skills and Experience * QA or development experience (3+ years) * Experience in formulating software development processes or QA processes * Holder of ISTQB (including JSTQB) Foundation Level certification or equivalent knowledge * Bachelor's degree in information processing or computer science * Interest in communication within a global development environment, as development is conducted jointly with overseas locations, and English will be used in work situations (TOEIC or similar scores are not required at the time of joining) ## Preferred Skills and Experience * Experience in AI development or using AI tools for development * As announced in Money Forward AI Vision 2025, we are working on improving operational efficiency using AI and plan to introduce AI agents in all products in the future ## Language Requirements English: Business level ## Ideal Candidates * Those interested in new era QA strategies centered on shift-left approaches * Those who see close communication with foreign engineers at overseas locations as a challenge and want to take on global QA styles ## Environment At Money Forward, we provide an environment where we can create world-class services together, and we look forward to welcoming you. * Provided PC Specs: Latest CPU-equipped PC (MacOS or Windows).
