＜Job Overview＞ Lumeal is building a smarter way for teams to eat at work. We place freezers stocked with ready-to-eat meals in offices, so employees can grab a real meal anytime—no prep, no delivery wait, and no advance ordering. Meals start at just $5. After launching in Los Angeles in 2024, we are now looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our core team in Japan and help us build the tech that powers our U.S. growth. You’ll work closely with the CEO (who leads both the Japan and U.S. entities) and the U.S. business lead. Whether you’re fullstack or stronger in frontend or backend, we welcome people who are excited to grow into a fullstack role. There is also a clear path to becoming CTO of our U.S. entity. ＜Responsibilities＞ ・Rebuild our current MVP (built on Bubble, a no-code platform) using a modern, full-code stack ・Build and maintain web applications used by both customers and internal teams ・Collaborate closely with the CEO and U.S. business lead ・Iterate quickly based on real feedback and improve the product continuously ・Develop features that directly impact user experience and operational efficiency ＜Tech Stack / Tools＞ ・Current MVP: Bubble (no-code platform) ・Target stack: React / Next.js / TypeScript / Ruby on Rails / AWS ・Tools: GitHub, Figma, Slack

＜Requirements＞ ・Experience with web application development (frontend, backend, or fullstack) ・Fluent English communication skills ・Based in Japan (remote or hybrid work OK; occasional office visits preferred) ・Ability to take ownership and work independently ・Interest in early-stage products and agile iteration ・Comfortable working with a small, diverse, and international team
