We develop our own world-class products ### Job Description: * Responsible for bridging in communication between development staff in Vietnam and Project Manager in Japan by participating in team meetings, handling issues, and translating - interpreting. * In charge of GEO (Global Employment Outsourcing) operation management (support Recruitment Department about documentation and necessary procedures, communicate with Management Department in Japan, develop tools, etc.). * Participate in a part of software development process such as the documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deploying, code reviewing, unit testing and operating the product. * Other tasks from PM. # Your Skills and Experience ### Requirements: * Have experiences and knowledge in the field of software development. * Japanese skills at least N2 level. * Experienced in using programming language C#. * Ability to communicate and discuss in business or technical meetings with Team Manager in Japan. * Good Japanese reading comprehension. * Strong management skills and a high sense of responsibility. * Graduated from College/University ### Nice to have * Experienced in developing and using CAD system. * Experienced or interested in architecture – construction – manufacturing system. * Passionate about programing and willing to learn new technologies. * Have advanced mathematics knowledge such as Optimization. * Experienced in working on desktop application by WPF.
