Aeterlink is a Japan-based technology company specializing in wireless power transfer (WPT) solutions and IoT system integration. The company has successfully commercialized long-range WPT technology with a range of up to 17 meters, delivering cutting-edge solutions to industries worldwide. In Thailand, we will deploy an IoT management system using our WPT technology and wireless sensors across factories, offices, and commercial sites. By collecting real-time data such as temperature, humidity, and occupancy, the system will help reduce energy consumption and boost sales through smarter facility operations. Thailand will serve as a strategic hub for expanding our technology across ASEAN. About the Role: ・Handle labor-related tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, contract preparation, attendance tracking, and coordination with external payroll providers ・Assist in the preparation and revision of HR, general affairs, and other internal regulations in collaboration with the Japan head office or external consultants ・Develop and maintain internal operational rules for the subsidiary, including workflows and authority levels ・Manage daily administrative operations including office supplies, document handling, and scheduling ・Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors (accounting, payroll, legal, BOI) ・Support communication with the Japan head office and prepare administrative reports ・Assist in procurement processes and maintain invoice/payment records ・Ensure compliance with local regulations in coordination with external advisors ・Provide general support to engineers and sales team for smooth operations
必須スキル
Required experience & skill: ・Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, general affairs, or office management roles ・Ability to handle basic labor-related tasks such as employment contracts, attendance tracking, and employee onboarding/offboarding ・Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading and writing required) ・Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace or MS Office) ・Strong organizational and multitasking skills ・Ability to work independently and take ownership of administrative processes ・Familiarity with business documentation such as contracts, invoices, and purchase orders

Preferred experience & skill: ・At least 1 year of hands-on experience in HR or labor management tasks, such as handling employment contracts, attendance records, or coordination with payroll providers ・Experience working in a startup, tech company, or international environment ・Prior involvement in setting up office operations or supporting a newly established entity ・Knowledge of Thai labor law and administrative procedures (e.g., visa, work permit, company registration) ・Ability to coordinate with external service providers (e.g., accountants, legal firms, payroll agencies)

The business is expected to expand not only within Thailand but also across neighboring ASEAN countries. This role offers the opportunity to become the founding member of the administrative team in Thailand and play a central role in supporting business growth and organizational expansion. In the future, the Thailand office is expected to serve as a regional hub, taking on group-level administrative responsibilities across Thailand and the broader ASEAN region.
