We provide services by utilizing our core geospatial technology and patented stay detection technology. ◆UPWARD, “Zero seconds CRM” for field workers UPWARD is a service called "Sales Engagement" to address the issues regarding utilization of a cloud CRM platforms including Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, while maximizing the values of these advanced CRM. The number of companies have been introducing the cloud CRM tools, although most of them are not capable of leveraging them efficiently due to the difficulty in utilization of the cloud CRM. They tend to be struggling with its underutilization and the demand for CRM is growing in a bid to solve said problems. UPWARD offers products specialized for customer visit among the “Sales Engagement” field. ▼ Sales Engagement Service “UPWARD”―Service concept and Product introduction https://note.com/sales_engagement/n/na4e59185412a ◆Job description The successful candidate will join the UPWARD AGENT mobile team and be responsible for developing an iOS app for our product UPWARD AGENT. UPWARD AGENT has already acquired a meaningful number of users, while we intend to expand market share by further improving UI/UX and enhancing functions in a bid to to provide the UPWARD service to more customers. Thus, we are slated to strengthen our development team. ◆Significance of Android app for UPWARD AGENT As a front application for cloud-based CRM such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, UPWARD provides a service in the "Sales Engagement" realm with the aim of addressing the issues regarding utilization of CRM. As we see it, UI/UX (i.e., what makes user-friendly service) themselves are the added value of our product, and the significance of mobile app is high since it serves as the front-end for customers. In addition, we have been stepping up our efforts to expand overseas as a global SaaS, mainly targeting APAC, where Android is more widespread use than in Japan. Therefore, the Android app will likely strengthen its demand further in the future. UPWARD AGENT has both an iOS version and an Android version as its mobile apps. However, currently we have been in a development process for the iOS version prior to the Andorid version. Thus, the level of completion of the iOS version is particularly important considering that it also affects the quality of the Android version. ◆Job details - Development and operation of the iOS app for our service "UPWARD AGENT" - Proposals for new features and functional improvements, feasibility studies - Discussion on specifications and UI/UX with PdM (Product Manager) and designers ◆Development language/environment - Language: Swift - Source Code management: GitHub - Libraries: CoreLocation, CoreData, CallKit, GoogleMaps, Firebase and others - CI, Tests: Bitrise, XCTest - Operations: Firebase (Crashlytics, Remote Config, Analytics) - Design collaboration tool: Figma - Communication tool: Slack

You can witness the global expansion of our product as an engineer. ●Hybrid work style of on-site and remote work You can work on the development work in fully remote environment, while enhancing productivity. We also utilize our own office for team building, interdepartmental communication, and complex discussions (optional). In fact, some members come to the office about once a month, while others come to the office once a few months. You are allowed to work anywhere (even in rural areas) since it is mainly remote work. Some of our members actually work in Hokkaido, Okayama, and Tochigi.
