≪Job Description≫ The successful candidate will be responsible for designing product UI with a strong focus on simplicity and ease of use. Specific duties include: ■Ideation, iteration and validation of product UI in cooperation with UX designers, engineers, and customer-facing board members ■Development and implementation of a cohesive design language across all upward products ■Refinement and improvement of the UPWARD design system ■Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative UI solutions to user problems, incorporating the latest mapping technologies and visualizations

≪Required≫ ■Minimum Japanese level of JLPT N2 or above ■At least 3 years of work experience related to UI design ■UI design for either native or web apps ■UI design work using prototyping tools such as Figma, XD, or Sketch (we use Figma) ■Ability to present UI improvements in an easy-to-understand manner to members of other departments ■A portfolio demonstrating the above

≪Preferred≫ ■Bachelor's degree in a design related field ■Experience in UI design for international users ■Micro-interaction design
