1. BtoCネイティブアプリにおいて、Designer(IC)として5年以上もしくはDesign Leadとして3年以上の経験を通じ、プロダクトや事業に大きなインパクトを与えた経験 / Experience making a significant impact on a product or business in B2C native apps, with 5+ years as a Designer (IC) or 3+ years as a Design Lead 2. デザイナーとして下記のいずれかをゼロから立ち上げ、1年以上運用した経験 / As a designer, experience launching one of the following from scratch and operating it for at least one year - 会社や事業 / A company or business - プロダクト / A product - 大規模プロダクトにおける大きな新機能 / A major new feature within a large-scale product 3. 生成AIやAIエージェントを自身のデザインワークフロー（リサーチ/アイデア探索/UI実装/プロトタイピング等）に日常的に組み込んでいる実践経験 / Hands-on experience integrating generative AI and AI agents into your own design workflow (research, ideation, UI implementation, prototyping, etc.) on a daily basis 4. OSレベルのUIや、国内や海外（特にUS）のBtoCプロダクトに日常的に触れ、グローバルにおけるUI/UXの最新トレンドへの感度が高いこと / Daily hands-on engagement with OS-level UI and with B2C products in Japan and overseas (especially the US), with high sensitivity to the latest global UI/UX trends
