私たちは、2つの事業を展開しています。
1つは、日本発の汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現。従来のような巨大なモデルを全利用者に一律に提供するのではなく、利用者に合わせて独自に成長する「遍在型AGI」の実現を目指しています。
もう1つは、遍在型AGIの特性を活かした生活者向けグローバルプロダクトの構築です。2026年1月に国内最大規模の100億円規模の初回資金調達を完了し、博報堂DYグループとの資本業務提携を経て、研究開発並びにプロダクト開発を加速しています。

ポジションの意義・背景

優れたAI基盤（プラットフォーム／ハーネス）は、それ自体では価値を生みません。基盤の上で、ユーザーが「Wow」と感じる体験を、圧倒的なスピードで形にしてこそ価値になります。「人はエンジンではなく車を買う」。このポジションは、その車を実際に走らせ、ユーザーの元へ届ける役割です。

本ポジションは、プロダクトサイドで AI 機能を実装し、市場に届けることに責任を持つ Applied Research Engineer です。プラットフォームチーム／ハーネスチームが提供するプリミティブを組み合わせ、プロンプトエンジニアリング、UIの作り込み、ラピッドプロトタイピング、実験のイテレーションを通じて、ユーザー体験を短サイクルで磨き込みます。Third Intelligenceの開発チームが実践する「短いサイクルでプロトタイプを作り、実験で検証し、素早く学ぶ」開発スタイルの中核を担い、AIプロダクトの実際の使い勝手（情報の正確性、タイムセンス、レスポンスの速さ）をプロダクト目線で引き上げていただきます。

業務内容・期待成果

• AI機能のプロダクト実装と高速デリバリー
  • プラットフォーム／ハーネスのプリミティブを組み合わせ、ユーザー向けのAI機能を短サイクルで実装・リリースする
  • プロトタイプ→実験→学習のループを高速に回し、市場からの学びをプロダクトに反映する
• プロンプトエンジニアリングと体験品質の作り込み
  • プロンプト設計・検証・改善を通じて、AIの応答品質（正確性・タイムセンス・トーン）をプロダクト水準まで引き上げる
  • UIの作り込みとプロンプトの両輪で、モデルの能力をユーザー体験として最大化する
• 実験基盤を活用したデータドリブンな改善
  • フィーチャーフラグ・A/B実験・メトリクスを用いて仮説検証を行い、定量データに基づいてイテレーションする
  • 実験結果から次の打ち手を定義し、体験の継続的な改善を主導する
• プラットフォーム／ハーネスチームへのフィードバック
  • プロダクト実装で得た知見を、必要なプリミティブの要望としてプラットフォーム／ハーネスチームに還元し、基盤の進化をプロダクトドリブンに促す
• 品質基準とAIネイティブな開発プラクティスの実践
  • AI生成コードを人間のコードと同等以上の基準で扱い、spec-driven／エージェンティックなワークフローを実務で活用する

About the Company

Third Intelligence is an AI research and product development company taking on the challenge of establishing AGI originating from Japan. Through the establishment of "Ubiquitous AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)"—a concept uniquely proposed by Third Intelligence—and its growth tailored to each individual, we aim to realize services that become a new foundation for society.

We are pursuing two lines of business. The first is the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) originating from Japan. Rather than providing a single massive model uniformly to all users, we aim to create "Ubiquitous AGI" that grows and adapts independently for each individual user. The second is the development of a global consumer platform leveraging the unique characteristics of Ubiquitous AGI. In January 2026, we completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion, and through a capital and business alliance with the Hakuhodo DY Group, we are accelerating both our cutting-edge AI research and product development.

Significance & Background

A great AI foundation (platform / harness) creates no value on its own. Value comes from building experiences that make users say "wow" (and building them fast) on top of that foundation. "People don't buy engines, they buy cars," and this role is the one that actually drives the car to the user.

This is an Applied Research Engineer role on the product side, responsible for implementing AI features and shipping them to market. Composing the primitives provided by the platform/harness teams, you will refine user experiences in short cycles through prompt engineering, UI craft, rapid prototyping, and experiment iteration. You will be central to the "prototype, experiment, learn fast" development style practiced by Third Intelligence's engineering teams, raising the real usability of our AI products (information accuracy, time-sense, responsiveness) from a product perspective.

Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

• Implement and ship AI features fast: compose platform/harness primitives to build and release user-facing AI features in short cycles; run the prototype → experiment → learn loop quickly and feed market learnings back into the product.
• Craft experience quality via prompt engineering: design, test, and improve prompts to raise AI response quality (accuracy, time-sense, tone) to product standard; maximize model capability as user experience through both UI craft and prompts.
• Data-driven improvement via the experimentation platform: validate hypotheses with feature flags, A/B experiments, and metrics, and iterate on quantitative data; define next moves from experiment results and lead continuous experience improvement.
• Feed back to the platform/harness teams: channel insights from product implementation into requests for needed primitives, driving foundation evolution in a product-driven way.
• Practice quality standards and AI-native development: hold AI-generated code to the same or higher standards as human code and use spec-driven / agentic workflows in practice.

• 7+ years of overall software development experience
• Hands-on experience developing, releasing, and operating user-facing products (e.g., BtoC)
• Experience integrating LLMs / generative AI into products (including prompt design, testing, and improvement)
• A track record of running fast prototyping/experimentation cycles and delivering results in short timeframes
• Product-oriented decision-making (prioritization based on user experience and data)
• Understanding of AI-native quality standards, holding AI-generated code to the same or higher standards as human code
• Business-level or higher Japanese conversational ability
