私たちは、2つの事業を展開しています。
1つは、日本発の汎用人工知能（AGI）の実現。従来のような巨大なモデルを全利用者に一律に提供するのではなく、利用者に合わせて独自に成長する「遍在型AGI」の実現を目指しています。
もう1つは、遍在型AGIの特性を活かした生活者向けグローバルプロダクトの構築です。2026年1月に国内最大規模の100億円規模の初回資金調達を完了し、博報堂DYグループとの資本業務提携を経て、研究開発並びにプロダクト開発を加速しています。

ポジションの意義・背景

プロダクトチームやAI研究開発組織と連携しながら、グローバル展開を見据えたBtoC AIプロダクトの開発に最初のキャリアから携わることができるポジションです。少数精鋭のチームの中で、Senior Engineerのメンタリングを受けながら、実際のプロダクトコードに早期からコミットし、急速に成長していただくことを期待しています。
私たちは、エンジニア一人ひとりがプロダクト全体に責任を持つため、ひとつのレイヤーに収まることを良しとしないプロダクト志向のソフトウェアエンジニアを採用しています。AIネイティブな開発の時代において、そのフルスタックな志向は例外ではなく当たり前になりつつあります。

業務内容・期待成果

• Senior Engineerの伴走のもと、フロントエンド / バックエンドいずれかの機能の設計・実装・テスト・運用を担当する
• 0→1フェーズのプロダクト開発に参加し、プロトタイピングから本番実装までのサイクルを経験する
• コードレビューやペアプログラミングを通じて、グローバルスタンダードな開発手法を習得する
• AIツールを日常的に活用し、生産性高く開発を進める

入社後すぐに大きな裁量を求めるのではなく、基礎を固めながら段階的に担当範囲を広げていただくことを想定しています。

About the Company

Third Intelligence is an AI research and product development company taking on the challenge of establishing AGI originating from Japan. Through the establishment of "Ubiquitous AGI (Artificial General Intelligence)"—a concept uniquely proposed by Third Intelligence—and its growth tailored to each individual, we aim to realize services that become a new foundation for society.

We are pursuing two lines of business. The first is the realization of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) originating from Japan. Rather than providing a single massive model uniformly to all users, we aim to create "Ubiquitous AGI" that grows and adapts independently for each individual user. The second is the development of a global consumer platform leveraging the unique characteristics of Ubiquitous AGI. In January 2026, we completed one of Japan's largest initial funding rounds of approximately ¥10 billion, and through a capital and business alliance with the Hakuhodo DY Group, we are accelerating both our cutting-edge AI research and product development.

Significance & Background

In collaboration with the product team and the AI R&D organization, this role lets you work on a globally-oriented BtoC AI product from the very start of your career. Within a small, elite team, you will commit to real product code early on while being mentored by senior engineers, and grow rapidly.

Because every engineer owns the product as a whole, we hire product-oriented software engineers who refuse to be boxed into a single layer. In the era of AI-native development, that full-stack instinct is becoming the baseline, not the exception.

Responsibilities & Expected Outcomes

• With senior-engineer guidance, design, implement, test, and operate frontend or backend features.
• Join 0→1 product development and experience the full cycle from prototyping to production.
• Learn global-standard development practices through code review and pair programming.
• Use AI tools daily to develop with high productivity.

• 卒業年度は不問（学士・修士・博士いずれも可）。今年度の卒業見込みが理想ですが、翌年卒業見込みの方も歓迎します。
  • すべての要件（ビッグテック企業でのインターンシップ経験を含む）を満たす方であれば、卒業前にインターンとして参画いただき、卒業後に正社員へ転換することも可能です。
  • 入社時期は通年で受け付けており、日本の新卒一括採用のスケジュールには限定されません。
• コンピュータサイエンスの基礎（データ構造・アルゴリズム・計算量等）への確かな理解
• ビッグテックまたは急成長（hyperscaling）スタートアップでのインターンシップ経験
• 何らかの言語での開発経験と、それを示す実績（以下のいずれか）:
  • 競技プログラミングでの実績
  • OSSへのコントリビューション
  • 完成度の高い個人開発・チーム開発プロジェクト
• AIと協働して開発を進めることに前向きで、AIの出力を鵜呑みにせず検証・修正できる姿勢。AIネイティブな開発（実装前に短い仕様を書く、AI生成コードを自分でレビューして品質を担保する、AI機能の挙動を確認しながら進める 等）の考え方を学び、実践していく意欲があること
• 日本語または英語のいずれかがネイティブレベルであり、もう一方もビジネス初級レベル以上であること。また、よりバイリンガルになっていくことへの意欲があること（英語・日本語学習については支援の仕組みがあります）

• Graduation year is flexible (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD). Graduating this year is ideal, though those graduating next year are also welcome. For candidates who meet all the criteria (including the big tech internship), we are open to bringing you on as an intern before graduation and converting to a full-time position after you graduate, giving flexibility on graduation timing. We hire year-round and are not limited to Japan's standard new-grad recruiting calendar
• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity)
• Internship experience at a big tech or hyperscaling startup company
• Development experience in some language, with one proof point: competitive programming results, OSS contributions, or a high-quality personal/team project
• Enthusiasm for developing alongside AI, with the judgment to verify and correct rather than blindly accept its output; eagerness to learn and practice AI-native engineering (writing a short spec before implementing, reviewing AI-generated code yourself to ensure quality, checking how AI features behave as you go)
• Native-level proficiency in either Japanese or English, with at least basic business-level proficiency in the other, plus a willingness to become more bilingual (Japanese/English learning support is provided)

• AI/ML領域への強い関心、関連する研究・開発・コンペティションの経験
• 上記技術スタックのいずれかの実務・開発経験
• スタートアップやプロダクト開発へのオーナーシップ志向
• 英語での技術コミュニケーション経験
