【Role Summary】
The Director, Information Systems leads the company‑wide information systems strategy and execution. This role owns enterprise, manufacturing, and R&D systems, runs core IT operations including networks, infrastructure, and helpdesk, and leads information security, confidential knowledge protection, and trade and export control compliance.

【 Key Responsibilities】
・ Information System Foundations, Strategy, and Architecture
- Define company‑wide information systems strategy, architecture, and standards.
-Develop a multi‑year roadmap aligned with business growth, new factories, and global expansion.
-Standardize identity and access management, cloud platforms, and network infrastructure.
-Establish and scale core collaboration and knowledge tools (email, chat, document management, intranet portals, and team workspaces) with clear governance and strong adoption.
・Enterprise, Manufacturing, and R&D Systems
-Lead selection, implementation, and operation of core business systems, including enterprise planning, manufacturing planning, and the full order‑to‑cash workflow (orders through delivery, invoicing, and payment).
-Design and manage integrations across corporate, manufacturing, and R&D environments.
-Integrate enterprise and factory systems with TWT’s in‑house R&D and manufacturing platform, Teraspace, enabling traceability and smooth data flow from research through production.
-Own requirements definition, vendor evaluation, configuration, testing, training, and rollout.
・Core IT Operations
-Own corporate IT services including networks, cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, end‑user devices, and workplace tools.
-Ensure reliable day‑to‑day operations across all sites.
-Build and manage a responsive helpdesk and user support model.
-Establish service standards, monitoring, and continuous improvement for IT operations.
・Information Security and Confidential Information Governance
-Establish and operate company‑wide information security policies, controls, and audit processes.
-Protect confidential information and technical know‑how across all functions.
-Lead access control, endpoint security, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
-Ensure compliance with local and international security, privacy, and trade and export control requirements.
-Drive awareness and disciplined handling of sensitive data and knowledge.
・System Delivery, Build‑vs‑Buy Decisions, and Capability Building
-Lead delivery of major system programs, including enterprise rollouts, cloud migration, consolidation, and multi‑site readiness.
-Make build‑vs‑buy decisions for systems and integrations, balancing speed, cost, risk, and long‑term advantage.
-Own vendors and partners end‑to‑end: selection, contracts, service levels, and performance management.
-Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment for all initiatives.
-Build and develop internal teams across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and user support, and continuously improve reliability, automation, and security maturity.

【Required Qualifications】
・10+ years of experience leading enterprise systems and corporate IT in a growing organization.
・Track record delivering major business systems and reliable day‑to‑day IT services.
・Strong cross‑functional project leadership and comfort in fast‑changing environments.
・Practical understanding of information security and protection of confidential company information.
・Business‑level Japanese and English.
・Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture
・Understanding of information security frameworks (ISMS, NIST, etc.)
・Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
・Strong vendor management skills

・English: Business-level reading/writing; comfortable working with overseas vendors and sites
