You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and lead generation for the Japanese domestic market for products such as "Spider AF," the ad fraud prevention tool provided by Spider Labs. Your role will involve:
- Managing marketing initiatives such as digital advertising operations and website optimization.
- Directing and managing the progress of various marketing projects.
- Reviewing performance based on KPIs and proposing improvement measures.
- Optional: Depending on your interest/preference, you may also handle international advertising operations.

- Hands-on experience in digital advertising operations (5+ years)
- A strong sense of ownership and commitment to refining the value proposition of our in-house products
- Communication skills to collaborate smoothly with both internal and external stakeholders
- Project management skills with the ability to drive multiple tasks forward simultaneously

- Marketing knowledge within the SaaS, advertising, or IT industries
- Comprehensive knowledge of web advertising in general
- Writing and editing skills, or experience in content production direction
- Experience in lead generation and analysis using web advertising and Marketing Automation (MA) tools
