＃Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Agri-Innovation Division. In this role, you will manage post-sales projects with clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include project planning, schedule and resource management, team leadership, and client communication. ＃Key Responsibilities: ・Develop comprehensive project plans based on client requirements, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met ・Monitor progress, adjust schedules and tasks as needed, and address arising issues ・Lead and support both internal and external team members to execute projects effectively ・Communicate with clients, provide updates, gather feedback, and align deliverables with expectations ・Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies ・Manage project delivery and final reporting, incorporating client feedback for future improvements ＃About the Agri-Innovation Division: Our division leverages advanced technologies to promote environmental conservation in agriculture and realize regenerative farming. We support sustainable farming through land segmentation and soil chemical analysis, contribute to GHG reduction, and operate carbon credit initiatives. We also run decarbonization projects using eco-friendly agricultural inputs, playing a key role in addressing global environmental challenges. ＃Team Structure: General Manager – Deputy General Manager – Members (approx. 10 staff)

＃Required Qualifications: -3+ years of project management experience -Proven track record of client-facing communication and negotiation -Practical experience in schedule and resource management -Strong communication and team leadership skills

#Preferred Qualifications: -Knowledge or experience in agriculture or environmental conservation -Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously -English communication skills (for possible international interactions)
