We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Agri-Innovation Division. In this role, you will manage post-sales projects with clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include project planning, schedule and resource management, team leadership, and client communication.
#Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee international agricultural and climate-related projects
Coordinate and report with Japanese and non-Japanese global corporations as well as international organizations
Build relationships and manage schedules with overseas partners and local stakeholders
Prepare progress reports, contracts, and deliverables in English
Manage multiple cross-functional teams in both domestic and international settings

#About the Agri-Innovation Division:
Our division leverages advanced technologies to promote environmental conservation in agriculture and realize regenerative farming. We support sustainable farming through land segmentation and soil chemical analysis, contribute to GHG reduction, and operate carbon credit initiatives. We also run decarbonization projects using eco-friendly agricultural inputs, playing a key role in addressing global environmental challenges.

Requirements
#Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in an international context
Strong communication skills in English for meetings, documentation, and negotiation (TOEIC 850+ or equivalent)
Demonstrated ability to coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
Strong interest and understanding of global issues in agriculture, climate, and sustainability
Preferred Experiences
#Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with international standards and frameworks such as SBTi, Verra, etc.
Experience working with overseas entities, including governments or local organizations
Interest in satellite-based monitoring, remote sensing, or agri-tech solutions
