You will be responsible for supporting our CFO.
# Responsibilities
Support the development of financial models and business plans
Assist in the preparation of investor materials and pitch decks (in both Japanese and English)
Coordinate communication with overseas investors and government agencies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Provide direct support to the CFO on corporate strategy and financial planning tasks

#Required Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (TOEIC 900+ recommended or equivalent experience)
Basic knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and strategic planning
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating financial documents and presentations
Adaptability and a proactive mindset for working in a dynamic startup environment

Work experience in VC, PE, investment banking, or strategic consulting
Hands-on experience communicating with international investors
MBA or equivalent qualifications in business, economics, or finance
