NOT A HOTEL is redefining the concept of home ownership by creating fully serviced, design-driven vacation homes in Japan. Collaborating with world-renowned architects and designers, we offer a network of unique, shareable residences where owners can experience multi-locational living.
Owners can purchase fractional or full ownership and manage stays seamlessly through our proprietary app. NOT A HOTEL handles all property management, maintenance, and concierge services, ensuring a luxurious and hassle-free experience.
◆Background
To accelerate NOT A HOTEL’s international expansion, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Overseas Marketing & Sales Manager who can lead initiatives from planning through execution. This role offers the opportunity to leverage data-driven decision-making and global team management experience to shape our growth in international markets.
◆Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for overseas markets
- Set sales targets, monitor progress, and lead the team to achieve goals
- Build partnerships and manage strategic alliances with overseas partners
- Oversee KPIs and optimize sales processes for efficiency and scalability
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to define and refine strategies
- Report regularly to executive management and align on key priorities
必須スキル
- Business-level English proficiency (able to work fluently with native speakers)
- At least 2 years of professional experience both in Japan and overseas
- Senior-level experience at a consulting firm, financial institution, or global company
歓迎スキル
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, BI tools, etc.)
- End-to-end experience from strategy formulation to execution
- Experience managing P&L
- Background in real estate or hospitality industries
- Team management experience (3 or more members)
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other Asian languages

| 給与 | ◆Compensation Our compensation is based on an annual salary system, determined at the time of offer according to each member's experience and skill set. After joining, both grade and annual salary are reviewed flexibly in response to performance and changes in responsibility. Rather than adhering to a fixed evaluation schedule, we have a culture of promptly adjusting compensation and promotions when results are achieved. In addition to the annual salary listed below, all members are eligible for a company performance–linked annual bonus and salary adjustment under our One Team Evaluation system. Annual Salary Ranges • Grade 1: Up to ¥4M • Grade 2: ¥4M–¥5M • Grade 3: ¥5M–¥7M • Grade 4: ¥7M–¥10M • Grade 5: ¥10M–¥15M • Grade 6: ¥10M+ (no upper limit) • Grade 7: ¥20M+ (no upper limit) The above ranges include fixed overtime pay (45 hours per month) and a fixed late-night allowance (20 hours per month), both of which are paid regardless of whether such work occurs. If actual working hours exceed these limits, additional pay will be provided. Please note that because these two allowances partially overlap by nature, they do not represent compensation for a total of 65 hours. Instead, they are structured to account for the potential occurrence of overtime or late-night work. ⸻ One Team Evaluation At NOT A HOTEL, we do not conduct regular individual performance reviews. Instead, we adopt an evaluation system fully tied to overall company performance. Salary increases and annual bonuses for all members are adjusted based on the achievement level of our Company Bets (OKRs) set at the beginning of each fiscal year. OKR Achievement 120%: Salary +5% / Bonus 20% of annual salary OKR Achievement 110%: Salary +3% / Bonus 10% of annual salary |
