Designers

We are looking for designers who are interested in digitizing a wide range of industries served by Mitsubishi Corporation! MC Digital is a technology company founded in September 2019 with an investment from Mitsubishi Corporation. In addition to the provision of services to the Mitsubishi Corporation Group companies, we are working to develop new services and products that can be used by companies outside the Group. Because the company deals with a wide range of industries served by Mitsubishi Corporation (industrial plants, logistics, energy, retail, food, healthcare, urban development, mobility, power, chemicals, metal resources, etc.), you will also be able to experience a wide range of industries. You are expected to design data applications in the fields of order/warehouse/delivery management, power generation and finance. You will design and develop applications dedicated to specific clients or internal SaaS products. The company aims for designs that are easy to use in day-to-day operations and that make complex operations and algorithms seem simple, by understanding users and their operations. [Job Description] ･Launching data applications ･Designing UX of the whole product in collaboration with PM ･Designing UI of each product ･Promotional design for campaigns and marketing activities ･Communication with product managers and engineers and involvement in decision-making [Tools used/development environment] Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, GitHub, Slack, Confluence, etc. / Mac [About Employees] Currently, the company has 70 employees, but only one is responsible for design. The employee has more than 10 years of diverse experience from Web production to application development as a designer and engineer at Web production, advertising production, and start-up companies. In the past two years, they have prototyped a demand forecasting system and a questionnaire platform. They are also in charge of the design of self-developed SaaS.
