It began full operations in December 2019 and has worked on the following projects: ・Demand forecasting -Demand forecasting for food distribution -Parts demand forecasting for the automotive industry ・Mathematical optimization -Mathematical optimization to minimize warehouse inventory and out-of-stock situations for food distribution ・Personalization -Predicting churn in the subscription business for the power industry [Available Positions] The Data Science Division is seeking to fill the following three positions: We will propose a position that will make the best use of your experience and background during the selection process. [Data Scientists] ･Developing machine learning and mathematical optimization models, analyzing their data, and other tasks [Data Consultants] ･Consulting services, using corporate information, from the perspective of data science to address customer issues [Mathematical Optimization Engineer] ･Building mathematical optimization models, such as delivery planning and order quantity optimization, improving algorithms, and developing tools to visualize the solution Join us in creating new business by driving digital transformation across all industries.

[Required Skills] ･Experience of working on projects involving data analysis, mathematical optimization, machine learning, and other tasks ･Skills to sort out business issues and formulate them as mathematical problems ･Forming and testing hypotheses ･Work planning and project progress management ･Technical documentation (requirement definition, basic design, analysis report, etc.) ･PoC-level implementation ability

[Preferred Skills] ･Experience of working for consulting firms or tech companies ･Business documentation (proposal, verification report, etc.) ･Negotiation with customers and customer relationship management ･Calculation of business impact ･Experience in designing operations ･Production-level implementation experience and exceptional industry knowledge ･Project management ･People management ･Business-level communication skills in English ･Submission and publication of papers at home and abroad
