MC Digital is a technology company founded in September 2019 with an investment from Mitsubishi Corporation. [Job Description] In addition to the process of solving customer issues through machine learning, mathematical optimization and data analysis, employees in this position provide consulting services including listening to customer issues and developing and proposing their solutions. Whether you are highly specialized in machine learning and optimization or have strong business skills with consulting and management experience, you will be able to fully demonstrate your skills in this position. ･Consulting services from the perspective of data science to address customer issues ･Developing machine learning models (demand/supply forecasting, interest rate forecasting, etc.) ･Developing mathematical optimization models (optimization of delivery, order quantity, etc.) ･Improving PoC efficiency by building machine learning pipelines ･Providing business insights through customer data analysis [Frameworks and Tools to Be Used] ･Machine learning: PyTorch, LightGBM, Optuna, and other tools ･Reinforcement learning: Stable Baselines ･Improving machine learning efficiency: Luigi, Kubeflow Pipelines ･Mathematical optimization: OR Tools and Gurobi ･Google Cloud platforms: Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Vertex AI, and other applications ･Collaboration tools: Slack, Github, Confluence, and other software

[Required Skills] ･Experience of working on projects involving data analysis, mathematical optimization, machine learning, and other tasks ･Skills to sort out business issues and formulate them as mathematical problems ･Negotiation with customers and customer relationship management ･Forming and testing hypotheses ･Work planning and project progress management ･Technical documentation (requirement definition, basic design, analysis report, etc.) ･Business documentation (proposal, verification report, etc.) ･PoC-level implementation ability
