[Required Skills] It is preferable that you have experience in more than one of the following areas: ・At least 2 years of experience in project delivery or agile project management at a consulting firm or business company ・Interpersonal skills to listen to and negotiate client issues and requests, and both verbal and written communication skills ・Experience in sharing information and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders, and ability to facilitate and lead project collaboration <Mindset> ・Strong passion for business structural transformation and digital transformation ・Strong will to grow and develop projects with cross-functional members such as data scientists and engineers

[Preferred Skills] ・Experience in project leadership ・Experience in projects related to digital transformation and big data utilization ・Experience in work/projects related to generative AI and LLM (large scale language modeling) ・Experience in planning and executing new business ideas ・Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including English ・Knowledge and practical experience in design thinking and UI/UX design
