Front-end Engineers

We are looking for front-end engineers who are interested in digitizing a wide range of industries served by Mitsubishi Corporation! MC Digital is a technology company founded in September 2019 with an investment from Mitsubishi Corporation. In addition to the provision of services to the Mitsubishi Corporation Group companies, we are working to develop new services and products that can be extended to companies outside the Group. Our work covers a wide range of industries served by Mitsubishi Corporation (industrial plants, logistics, energy, retail, food, healthcare, urban development, mobility, power, chemicals, metal resources, etc.) and therefore this is an environment where you can take on a wide variety of challenges. In the company, we are currently developing new products to help achieve DX. Employees in this position will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust application for the front-end area of the product under development in preparation for the release into a production environment, and continuously improving it after release. [Job Description] ･Defining requirements with people on the business side, designing use cases and designing and implementing UIs ･Improving common components and design systems ･Improving UX and performance by analyzing user interviews, operation logs and request logs [About Employees] The number of employees is about 70, and half of them are software engineers and data scientists. Many of our software engineers come from well-known tech companies. We also have super-excellent but diverse data scientists, including a top-ranked programmer in the Kaggle programming competition, a medalist in the International Olympiad of Informatics and those with doctoral degrees.

[Required Skills] ･Experience in developing and operating applications using Typescript ･Experience in front-end development using React/Vue.js or equivalent frameworks (2 years or more) ･Basic knowledge of the performance, accessibility and security of front-end applications ･Experience in team development

[Preferred Skills] ･Experience in using as Next.js or other SSR frameworks ･Experience in using MUI/Chakra UI or other React UI frameworks ･Experience in automating Web application test and improving performance ･Experience in improving common components and operating design systems ･Experience in using design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) ･Experience in project management and people management
