We are looking for engineering managers who are interested in digitizing a wide range of industries served by Mitsubishi Corporation!
MC Digital is a technology company founded in September 2019 with an investment from Mitsubishi Corporation. In addition to the provision of services to the Mitsubishi Corporation Group companies, we are working to develop new services and products that can be extended to companies outside the Group.
Our work covers a wide range of industries served by Mitsubishi Corporation (industrial plants, logistics, energy, retail, food, healthcare, urban development, mobility, power, chemicals, metal resources, etc.) and therefore this is an environment where you can take on a wide variety of challenges.
Within the Company, a variety of different projects are underway to achieve digital transformation. In order to further expand the organization as a whole, there is a growing need for human resources who can manage the engineering organization. The mission of this position is to take full responsibility as a manager for maximizing the productivity of an organization consisting of engineers in order to solve problems in more industries through the use of technologies.
[Job Description]
・Leading and facilitating the development team and assuming responsibility for high quality delivery of the product
・Supporting engineers’ growth and career development through one-on-one meetings and regular feedback
・Contributing to the maximization of the results from the entire engineering organization, by collaborating with project managers, product managers and other stakeholders
・Recruitment of engineers and PR of technologies
・Fostering an engineering culture within the company
必須スキル
・Experience in leading and managing an engineering team
・Experience in system design and development as a software engineer
歓迎スキル
・Experience in building a new development team
・Experience in team management and/or as a ScrumMaster in a tech company
・Experience in managing a tech community
