Infrastructure Engineers

[Outline of the Work] We are looking for infrastructure engineers who are interested in digitizing a wide range of industries served by Mitsubishi Corporation! MC Digital is a technology company founded in September 2019 with an investment from Mitsubishi Corporation. In addition to the provision of services to the Mitsubishi Corporation Group companies, we are working to develop new services and products that can be extended to companies outside the Group. Our work covers a wide range of industries served by Mitsubishi Corporation (industrial plants, logistics, energy, retail, food, healthcare, urban development, mobility, power, chemicals, metal resources, etc.) and therefore this is an environment where you can take on a wide variety of challenges. Specifically, under the mission of improving the quality of the services developed by MC Digital, you will work on tasks in a variety of fields, including designing and building system architectures required to achieve the mission, building an operations management system to improve the robustness of the services, and implementing applications. You will also be involved in the management and introduction of external SaaS and other tools and the improvement of internal workflow as needed. ■ Site Reliability ･Improving scalability, availability, reliability, efficiency, resiliency, serviceability, observability and manageability ･Detecting and responding to failures ･Implementing various operations such as building and improving production environment ･Taking security measures and improving security levels ･Building logging, monitoring and alert systems ■ Developer Productivity ･Designing architectures ･Building a technology platform ･Developing tools and libraries ･Automating operations ･Improving test environment ･Improving development environment ■ Technology Strategies ･Researching, selecting, and introducing advanced technologies ･Planning and promoting security measures on a company-wide basis

[Required Skills] ･Experience in building systems that use cloud services, such as AWS and GCP, and operating them in a production environment (three years or more) ･Understanding of the Infrastructure as Code and experience in building infrastructure and automating its operations ･Basic knowledge of security in general

[Preferred Skills] ･Experience in building and operating systems with Kubernetes ･Experience in designing and operating microservice architectures and distributed systems ･Experience in defining service levels of SLI/SLO and performing capacity planning based on them ･Experience in working on the measures against the external threat and on the internal control
